It has been 3 months since the latest Google PageRank update announced by Matt Cutts on December 31st. By the look of it, Google is running its latest update of the green bar.
Today, I have noticed some of my clients'PageRank going up, which is a great news. No PageRank drop so far. At the moment SEO Sydney Blog is stable at 3 but things could change over the next couple of days.
One interesting thing I have noticed over the last year, the updates are taking place at regular intervals (every 3 months). Couple of years before, the updates were a bit more unpredictable.
Based on the last year updates, it is highly likely that the next one will occur on July 1st 2009!

Hello,
Page rank of my website has been increased today but after I refresh the website each time the page rank fluctuates....from new one to older one.
Why is this???
Hi,
Thanks for your comment and I am glad you have seen you PR increased.
The fluctuations are actually normal. The update process usually takes a couple of days as it has to update the data of your site across multiple data centers.
Yes I saw that today, my site goes from 0 to 3, nice start for 3 month site...
Am not sure you should actually be jumping up and down when your PR goes up. Have seen the PR go up and come down a number of times. Looks like Google has got hypersensitive !
Yes, but this time expected date of PR update is "last week of September 2009". Hope it will bring good news to webmasters & website owners.....
Hi... we had a change from pagerank 0 to 2 on our project tus-hasede.blogspot.com on October 23rd. Can anybody explain why? There has been no general pagerank update that day.
